If you must mount in an awkward location, where it is not possible to firmly hold the connector body, it is recommended to use the HPE pre-setting tool.
The HPE takes the place of the connector body during pre-assembly and initial deformation.

To use it, fix it in a vise and proceed as in normal assembly.
It is important to lubricate the threads of the HPE with oil or grease to protect the coating on the nuts and extend the life of the tool.
